SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping within India We ship pan-India through our trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery times:

• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and order weight. The exact shipping amount will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

Delays Woolnrabbit is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes or any other circumstances beyond our control. We will always keep you informed about your order status.

International Shipping Currently we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon — follow us on Instagram @woolnrabbit for updates.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order details and photos. We will resolve it on priority.
